1. Production & Processing Times
Because your apparel is custom-printed, please allow for a production window:
Standard Processing: 3–5 business days.
Peak Seasons: During holidays or special drops, processing may take up to 7 business days.
You will receive a notification email as soon as your order moves from production to shipping.
2. Shipping Estimates
Once your order has been crafted, it is handed over to our courier partners.
Main Centers (JHB, CPT, DBN): 2–4 business days.
Regional & Rural Areas: 5–7 business days.
International Shipping: 10–21 business days (depending on the destination country and customs).
3. Shipping Rates
Domestic (South Africa): Flat rate of [R200,00] or FREE on orders over [R1000].
International: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
4. Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a tracking number. Once your package is scanned by the courier, we will email you a link so you can follow its journey from the press to your door.
5. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
For orders placed outside of South Africa, please note that your package may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country. Null Online is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Incorrect Address / Re-delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee may apply.
